Ministry of Agriculture equals Abuse

A list of the National sports across Canada, brought to you by the Ministry of Agriculture for the entertainment of the psychopaths who through no fault of their own were born with a mental disease causing them to have no conscience, and who are unemployable, except in the area of Animal Torture in the following categories:

- Puppy Mills
- Pounds
- Pig Factory Farming
- Forced Fed Duck Factory Farming
- Meat Hen Factory Farming
- Layer Hen Factory Farming
- Cattle Industry
- Horse Meat Farming
- Sheep/Goat Factoring Farming
- Animals of the Food Chain Transport
- Slaughter House Horrors

The above mentioned sports compete with each other for the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medal, in the cruelty and abuse of defenceless creatures. It's interesting that these competitors are all under the Ministry of Agriculture across Canada.

No balanced human being could participate in any of these sports and yet this goes on every hour of everyday from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and the Ministry of Agriculture is complacent in their suffering, and ignoring our pleas.

There's no difference between the suffering of dogs and cats in mills and the suffering of all other animals. Pain, blood and gore are felt by all in the same way. What is clear, is that power and money gets in the way of animal protection.

I, myself am guilty of asking that pets be removed from the Ministry of Agriculture and put under the Public Security, when in fact there is no difference in the suffering for any living creature. The psychopaths' excuse is the over production/ or lack of, dopamine in the brain, resulting in their lack of conscience.

What is the Ministry of Agricultures excuse? You may remember for example when CTV News aired the few minutes of terrible brutality by some employees of Perigord, a forced fed duck factory where the brutal practice of shoving a pipe down the ducks throat in effort to pack the grain in beyond capacity and the liver becomes enlarged. After a gavage or force feeding, the ducks are put into a wooden contraption that holds their heads up to ensure that they don't vomit. When their livers become diseased, the ducks are killed and their livers become a spread on crackers to satisfy the taste buds on your tongue.

A judge in Valleyfield let Perigord off the hook (oops a Freudian slip) saying that there was a lack of evidence. I saw the evidence on CTV and anymore airing of this would have been far too difficulty to continue to watch the repeated kicking and punching, and the bloody covered bodies of helpless animals. Shame on the judge who has to be suffering from a lack of compassion, saw what we saw and more, but chose instead to ignore the blatant, and gratuitous suffering to ensure the continuous production of Tortured Duck Pate sold in the gourmet section of your grocery stores.

In the reporting on CTV, it was said that these factories get a 40% subsidy by the Ministry of Agriculture. The sheep like you and I pay for this through our taxes. Is there a Cruelty Tax? We're so taxed, I may have missed this one.

At their borders, Quebec should put large bill boards and in large letters one could read: IF YOU WANT TO PERPETRATE CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, THE GOVERNMENT OF QUEBEC WILL PAY 40% OF YOUR OPERATING COSTS.
