Quand le mapaq(hsi) ou une spca se permet d'aller voler les animaux de propriétaires innocents et ensuite demander de l'aide financière et de bénévoles pour en prendre soin, c'est une immense fraude.

Comment les propriétaires ou les familles ou les rescues ont dépensé de leur propre argent et temps pour sauver, faire soigner et entretenir ces petites bêtes que des organisations s'approprient illégalement de connivence avec les juges et procureurs de la couronne. C'est une arnaque qui s'étend partout dans la province et doit être dénoncée.

N'attendez pas que ça vous arrive pour vous renseigner, il sera alors trop tard. Je sais que vous ne me croyez pas car toute arnaque est difficile à croire au début.

Laura Bell My definition of a hoarder is when someone, an organization, an agency, a group of people, etc has any number of animals that they are unable to care for with at least the basics of care (food, water, home, shelter, kennel) using their own money that they aren't getting from outside sources.

Quite frankly, the fact that seizures are done and those doing the seizing always beg for funds to care for seized animals from the public, from organizations via grants, from organizations in regard to manpower (like when local rescues ask for help from the hsus and the hsus swoops in and swarms small towns doing a seizure. This often happens when states will be voting on legislating news laws that adversely impact for profit animal businesses), etc makes them hoarders in my opinion.

This is especially true in cases of wrongful seizure where the animals did/were getting the basics of care and the animal owners were using their own money and weren't begging for money from other people and/or outside sources.

This is one of the reasons it needs to be made a requirement that any individuals, agencies, or organizations must be required to post their financials that are associated with designated fundraisers for seizures.
